The Shopkeeper Store ships Worldwide. All orders are shipped using Royal Mail, come with a tracking number and are insured to its full value. All deliveries from Royal Mail will require a signature.

All orders are shipped within 2-3 working days from confirmed order date. Shipping will be calculated when you add your address during checkout. An amount will be applied to the sub-total cost of your order.
We offer a refund or exchange for orders returned to us within 14 days from receipt of delivery. Any orders returned after the 14 day period will be issued with a store credit note (valid for 6 months from date of issue) Returns are simple, to request a return please send an email to: email@example.com notifying us that you would like to make a return. We will get back to you within 24 hours with further instructions. All returned items must be unworn and in their original condition. This includes all product labels to be in-place and still attached to the product. Please note returns will not be processed if the product labels have been removed/detached from the item, and the items will be returned to you. The customer should pay for the return shipping costs, and we advice using a recorded service to guarantee safe delivery (2nd Class 'signed for' is fine). Please ensure that returns are sent in protective packaging, and to be kind the to environment please re-cycle Shopkeeper packaging where possible. We will send out exchanges free of charge.
